Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order:
- Contact our support team within 3 working days of delivery.
- Provide your order number along with photos/videos showing the issue.
- After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement,
- Exchange, or
- Full/partial refund depending on the situation.
We reserve the right to inspect the issue before approving the claim.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email our customer support team with your order details.
- Mention the reason for return and attach supporting images if needed.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
- Ship the item back within the instructed timeframe.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection by customer), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Refund Process

- Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
- Customized or printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
